Your team describes a request in plain words and SeamSet builds it. It is tested before it goes live, and your NetSuite admin approves it. On your first requests, you work with the founder.

The name comes from a craftsman's tool, the seam set, which flattens a seam so that two pieces become one.
One platform, on purpose
SeamSet works with NetSuite and nothing else. Three reasons.
It is where the work is.
NetSuite runs the close, collections, purchasing and stock. What does not fit waits in spreadsheets and inboxes, at a cost: a slower close, cash collected later, decisions made on stale numbers.
Your account can do more than your team has had time to set up.
Native first: if NetSuite already does it, SeamSet sets it up and writes no code. Otherwise it builds only what is missing.
It has the parts of a proper change process.
Roles and permissions, system notes, a deployment log. SeamSet works through them, not around them, and builds by the book. Your admin decides what SeamSet can access.
The platform has limits too. Before each major NetSuite release, SeamSet reruns its checks in a preview account and tells your admin what needs attention. Each line of a change is tagged Reversible, Removes stored data or Cannot be undone.
If you stop using SeamSet, what runs inside NetSuite keeps running. The log records who asked, who approved, what changed and when. You can export it at any time.
Portals stop: they run outside your account, for people with no NetSuite login. They read from NetSuite when opened and keep no copy of your records.
